What happens when I run out of documents?

When you reach your monthly limit, you can purchase additional document credits (top-ups) at any time. Free and Pro plans get 100 documents for €15.00, while Enterprise plans get a discounted rate of 100 documents for €12.00. Top-ups are instant and carry over within the same calendar month.

When does my document count reset?

For Free plans, document counts reset at the beginning of each calendar month. For paid plans (Pro and Enterprise), the count resets on your billing anniversary date each month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new plan's features and higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current benefits until then.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP, GIF, and BMP formats. Both scanned documents and native digital PDFs work perfectly with our two-stage AI extraction (Google Cloud AI + OpenAI GPT-4). Even poor quality scans work great.

How does team collaboration work?

On Pro plans you can invite up to 10 team members, and Enterprise plans get unlimited team members. The team owner can assign roles (owner, admin, or member) with different permission levels. All team members share the same document quota and can access all team documents.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All documents are encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We're GDPR compliant, never share your data with third parties, and you can delete your documents at any time. You maintain complete control and ownership of your data.
